Music Amendments

The prescribed pieces for the Royal National Mod in Inverness in 2014 are available to buy. The Music Committee have issued changes to the following competition pieces. The changes are explained below and should be adhered to for these pieces.

Please note that the two pieces for C78 that appear in the ‘Còisirean òigridh, luchd-ionnsachaidh’ booklet for Mòd 2014 have been amended and redrafted. These are being reissued to choirs competing in this competition. To get the correct, amended copies please contact An Comunn Gàidhealach at info@ancomunn.co.uk.

Verse one is to be sung again at the end of the song.

Chorus to be sung after verse 3 and verse 4 only

Bar 11-the A on the word ‘ghràdh’ should be a B, making two consecutive B’s
