Change to 13-18 Choral Comps

There is a change in the format of junior choirs competitions aged 13-18 this year.
The fluent and learners’ competitions will now be merged into one set of open competitions for the two age groups. Therefore, choirs should learn the songs prescribed for C110, C111 & C112. Competitions C113, C114 & C115 are now obsolete.
