The Showcase
at the Royal National Mòd represents an excellent opportunity for all
the visitors, competitors and others attending the Mòd to find out
more about people involved in providing Gaelic language
and Gaelic-related products or services, and to see what is on offer
from the local area.
Products exhibited regularly at each National Mòd include books, CD’s,
artworks, photography and crafts. Exhibitors who regularly participate at
the Royal National Mòd include Comhairle nan Leabhraichean (Gaelic
Books Council), MG Alba, Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, SNH, Stòrlann, Comunn na Gàidhlig
and the Gaelic Arts Agency (Pròiseact nan Ealan).
This year, the Showcase will have pride of place in a marquee outside the Queens Hall, right in the centre of Dunoon - in the heart of the activity during the week. We will have lots happening to entice you in - tastings of local food and drink, music and much much more!
